**The objectives pursued** Welcome project promoters wishing to enter the incubator of companies and then accompany them in the formulation of their projects and set up with them a dossier of incubators or, where appropriate, orient them towards an appropriate support structure according to their expectations and/or their needs Accompany project promoters in a incubator path of companies in order to test the activity and create: enable porters to test their skills related to the trade, their sector of activity (knowing to produce, deliver a service), their business skills, their administrative and accounting skills. The company incubator provides legal, accounting and economic support. Provide stronger support to these promoters in the field of sustainable development and the solidarity economy, enabling them to create a professional network and develop cooperation with other economic actors. **Content and form** **First incubator reception appointment** for project promoters with the objective for them to know the operation of the incubator and for the attendants, to make a diagnosis of the project, to advise project promoters and to direct them to another operator if necessary. This first appointment, if it is positive, can be followed, for incubator candidates from one to two other meetings or training workshops in order to work on the incubator entry file. ** Accreditation Committees:** When the project leader has prepared his/her file and is ready to enter the incubator, he shall submit his file to an accreditation committee which grants him or her an authorisation for the incubator test. The committee composed of coaching professionals, financial partners, funders of business creation, business leaders... also makes recommendations for the incubator journey. During the incubator journey **Individual accompaniment** The incubator accompaniment subsequently takes the form of individual appointments on request with the attendants (at least once a quarter) of the incubator or “experts” occasionally for a particular need. Areas of expertise: legal, social, accounting, business plan, personal development, communication (strategy, infographic, internet, etc.), company development (marketing, marketing, etc.). **Collective accompaniment** **Incubating days** (every two months) whose objective is both to take stock of the activity of the bearers (administrative and accounting point, current experience of the activity...), to train on a topic, a question (e.g. managing his time, managing professional risks, writing a press release...), exchanging and networking with other project promoters. **Thematic training days or cycles**: How do I make my project viable and achievable? (3 days), choose your status? (1 day), the financing of my project (1 day), the general conditions of sales (1 day)... the incubator carries out every semester a training schedule for project promoters according to needs. ** Thematic meetings known as “tracks”.** When we have several project promoters operating in the same sector of activity, we try to set up meetings to allow incubator project promoters and other professionals in the sector to exchange on the practices of the sector of activity, to consider partnerships, to meet established professionals. The incubator also occasionally sets up events whose aim is both to enhance the activity of the incubator in order to connect the action with potential beneficiaries of the programme and the activity of project promoters (e.g. open door). The incubator also regularly intervenes in structures reaching the beneficiaries of the programme: training structures (e.g. secondary schools or agricultural training centres) with groups of jobseekers (e.g. through employment clusters) in order to present support for setting up a business by presenting the incubator tool to future potential creators. With the same objective, it also participates in typical events: entrepreneurship week or month of the solidarity economy and the incubator is present at regional fairs (e.g. salon Creation) and local (e.g. Odomarois business start-up room). These times are specific to incubator activity, concern only the entrepreneurship component and the aim is to reach out directly to potential beneficiaries. The incubator’s entrances and exits are permanent. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
