    Depuis 2005, le groupement plateforme linguistique Bourgogne CAFI s'est constitué pour proposer au Conseil régional et au FSE un dispositif territorial innovant qui associe le développement des compétences langagières et une médiation à l'emploi pour des publics migrants qui ne trouvent pas de réponse à leurs besoins dans l'offre existante. **Une volonté d'innovation et d'adaptation à l'environnement favorisée par la continuité et la souplesse du dispositif** : Depuis son origine, le dispositif a été conçu pour permettre de construire des parcours de formation personnalisés proposant, en alternance ou en concomitance, la formation linguistique et l'accompagnement à une insertion professionnelle. **L'innovation pédagogique : la démarche compétences :** De 2008 à 2010, les équipes pédagogiques des organismes partenaires de Bourgogne CAFI ont été mobilisées dans une formation-action qui a abouti à la formalisation d'une ingénierie innovante fondée sur une approche compétences au service de l'insertion professionnelle.
