Thus, in order to carry out the various actions proposed to the partners and to the public received, it is essential that the Business Relations Officers and the Officer of Missions Training, Employment and Territorial Development work closely together. Professional Insertion Advisors and Assessment Advisors also play an upstream role for young people received by the Local Mission (coaching, professional project development, evaluation). A travers le projet intitulé : « Une relation entreprises pour des parcours sécurisés et renforcés vers l'emploi », MEI-VMS souhaite d'une part, identifier et analyser les besoins du territoire d'intervention de la Mission Locale du Sud-ouest Seine-et-Marne, tout en créant des liens privilégiés avec les entreprises du territoire permettant ainsi de répondre au mieux à leurs attentes ; Et, d'autre part, favoriser l'accès et le maintien à l'emploi durable (ou à la formation en fonction des projets professionnels) du public reçu grâce à des actions adaptées à leurs besoins et aux attentes des employeurs. Ainsi, afin de mener à bien les différentes actions proposées aux partenaires et au public reçu, il est indispensable que les Chargés de Relation Entreprises et que la Chargée de Missions Formation, Emploi et Développement Territorial travaillent en étroite collaboration. Les Conseillers en Insertion Professionnelle ainsi que les Conseillères Chargées de Bilans jouent également un rôle en amont auprès des jeunes reçus par la Mission Locale (accompagnement, élaboration du projet professionnel, évaluation (French)
