In Betrieben der Metallindustrie in Westbrandenburg werden anhand beispielhafter Maßnahmen ganzheitliche Personalentwicklungsstrukturen gefestigt u. eine betriebliche Willkommenskultur zur besseren Integration von Migranten eingeführt. Im Mittelpunkt steht jeweils die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Zum Projektstart werden zukunftsorientierte Qualifizierungsbedarfe auf allen Betriebsebenen ermittelt, auf denen die Feinplanung der Maßnahmen basiert. Als Oberthemen wurden Gesundheitsförderung, Führungskompetenz, Schlüsselqualifikation definiert. Neue, arbeitsplatznahe Bildungskonzepte werden unter Berücksichtigung moderner Lernformen entwickelt u. erprobt. Parallel hierzu stärken Personalverantwortliche ihre Kompetenzen im Weiterbildungsmanagement, trainieren ihr Beratungsgeschick u. verstetigen bewährte Prozesse u. Instrumente in ihren Betriebsstrukturen. Der Ergebnistransfer geschieht über die Vernetzung regional, innerhalb der Branche u. konzerninterner Dissemination. (German)

In companies in the metal industry in Westbrandenburg, holistic personnel development structures will be established using exemplary measures and a corporate welcome culture for better integration of migrants will be established. The focus is on the employability of employees. At the start of the project, future-oriented qualification needs will be identified at all operational levels on which the fine planning of the measures is based. The main topics were health promotion, leadership and key qualifications. New, work-based educational concepts are being developed and tested taking into account modern forms of learning. At the same time, personnel managers strengthen their skills in continuing education management, train their consulting skills and maintain proven processes and tools in their operating structures. The transfer of results takes place through networking regionally, within the industry and intra-group dissemination. (English)
