Die Verwaltungskostenpauschale (indirekte Kosten) wurde nicht gemäß der Förderrichtlinie bewilligt und abgerechnet. Da das Abrechnungssystem ZUWES die Pauschale gemäß der Förderrichtlinie abrechnet kam es zu Abweichungen, die in voller Höhe auf Programmebene korrigiert werden. (German)
