Es wird ein Kurs mit 6 Modulen angeboten. Jedes Modul umfasst ca. einen Monat mit wöchentlich 30 UE. Die Module stehen für Handlungskompetenzen bestimmter arbeitsmarktlicher Anforderungen und umfassen verschiedene Arbeitsfelder, Tätigkeiten und Anforderungsprofile. Inhalte zur arbeitsmarktbezogenen Landeskunde, zum EDV-Unterricht und zum Mathematik-Unterricht werden in beispielhafte arbeitsmarkt- und berufsorientierte Szenarien aus verschiedenen Berufsumfeldern integriert und mit Schlüsselqualifikationen für (Weiter-)Bildung und selbstständiges Lernen entsprechend dem Sprachniveau und Lernfortschritt der Teilnehmenden erarbeitet. Ziel ist es, die Teilnehmer in eine Arbeitsstelle, einen Ausbildungsplatz oder eine berufliche Fortbildung zu führen. Modul 1 – Selbstpräsentation / Berufliche Orientierung Modul 2 – Dienstleistung / Umgang mit Kunden Modul 3 – Lager / Logistik / Verwaltung Modul 4 - Bewerbungstraining Modul 5 – Produktion / etwas herstelle Modul 6 - Praktikum Das 6. Modul ist ein betriebliches Praktikum - in der Regel in Vollzeit - zur beruflichen und sprachlichen Erprobung.
