Projekt polega na budowie laboratorium i wyposażeniu go w infrastrukturę badawczo-rozwojową tj.urządzenia/sprzętu/wart. niemat. i prawn. do prac badawcz. i doświadcz. oraz aparaturę naukowo-badawczą w celu prowadzenia prac B+R nad opracowaniem innowacyjnej metody spawania konstrukcji stalowych drutem proszkowym 136 o zakresie 5-40mm. Powyższe umożliwi wprowadzenie do oferty firmy udoskonalonych usług w postaci: udoskonalonej usługi spawania urządzeń dźwigowych oraz udoskonalonej usługi spawania rurociągów technologicznych, które będzie charakteryzować dużo większa jakość, wytrzymałość, trwałość oraz żywotność wykonanych spoin.Dodatkowo zapewni to dokonanie zasadniczej zmiany z sposobie świadczonych dotychczas usług spawania, tj. w chwili obecnej mają miejsce dwa odrębne procesy spawania stali czarnej i stali kwaśnej. Po zakończeniu badań firma zamierza połączyć oba procesy spawania.Realizacja zamierzenia będzie możliwa poprzez budowę laboratorium oraz zakup wyposażenia/sprzętów laboratoryjnych w postaci: zestawu (laboratorium) radiografii cyfrowej, miernika natężenia światła, walizki inspekcyjnej, wzorca do badań NT, Norm do badań VT, PT, UT, MT, RT , ET, spektrometru, urządzenia do badań prądami wirującymi oraz suwnicy.Całość ww. zakresu jest niezbędna aby stworzyć zaplecze badawczo-rozwojowe firmy Wnioskodawcy, niezbędne do prowadzenia prac B+R w nastepujących obszarach badawczych:1. Badania dotyczące prac doświadczalnych oraz analiz ich wyników dla spawania blach doczołowo i pachwinowo w różnorakich pozycjach spawania.2. Badania dotyczące prac doświadczalnych oraz analiz ich wyników dla spawania rur doczołowo i pachwinowo w różnorakich pozycjach spawania, gdzie dodatkowo uwzględnione zostanie spawanie pachwinowe rur do płyt roboczych. The project consists of the construction of a laboratory and its equipment in R & D infrastructure, i.e. the equipment/equipment/value. for the R & D work, and the research equipment to carry out the work of R & D on the development of an innovative method of welding the construction of steel wire 136 to 40 mm in range. This will enable improved services to be introduced in the form of: an improved service for welding of lifting equipment and improved welding services for technological pipelines, which will be characterised by a much greater quality, strength, durability and viability of spoin.Additionally, this will make a fundamental change to the pattern of welding services provided so far, i.e. at present there are two separate processes for the welding of black and sour steel. Once the tests have been completed, the company intends to combine the two welding processes. it will be possible to construct the project by means of the construction of a laboratory and the purchase of equipment/laboratory equipment in the form of: a set (laboratory) of a digital radiography, a metric of luminous intensity, an inspection pad, a test specimen, a test specimen for the NT, TA, PT, UT, MT, RT, ET, spectrometer, testing and drying apparatus of the above range is necessary to establish the Applicant’s R & D facilities in the following research areas: 1. Studies on experimental work and analysis of their results for butt sheet welding and pachwowo welding in the various positions of the welfare.2. Studies on experimental work and analysis of their results for butt welding and parsnipe welding in various welding positions, where, in addition, the welding of pacch-lift pipes to the working board will be taken into account.
