POWIAT SŁUPSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W SŁUPSKU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18 -29 lat pozostajacych bez pracy w powiecie słupskim i mieście Słupsk. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18 - 29 lat zakwalifikowane do prof. pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub prof. II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Łącznie planuje się objęcie wsparciem 557 osób(280K, 277 M), w tym zgodnie z kryt. dostępu : 106 osób długotr. bezrob.( 54K,52M); 13 osób niepełnospr. (7K, 6M) oraz 100 osób(52K, 48M) o niskich kwalifikacjach tj. osób posiadających wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCDED 3. Głównym rezultatem proj. będzie podjęcie zatrudn. zgodnie z kryt.dostępu łącznie przez co najmniej 187 osoby (96 K, 91 M ), w tym : - 2 osoby niepełnospr. (1K,1M), 32 osób długotr. bezrobot. (17 K, 15 M) , 31 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (16K,15M) oraz 122 osób (62K,60M) nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktyw. zawod. poprzedzi analiza umiejętnosci, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować bedzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrum.r.pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o prom. zatrudn. i instyt. r. pracy. W projekcie zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia : pośr. pracy i porad. zawodowe, szkolenia i bony szkol., staże, prace interw., jednoraz. śr. na podj. dział. gosp. oraz bony za zasiedlenie. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji oraz koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z informacją o naborze wniosków o dofinansowanie w ramach PO WER, zgodny z celami PO WER 2014-2020, SZOP, jak również zgodny z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z ustawą PZP i przepisami dotyczącymi pomocy de minimis. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people aged 18-29 who remain unemployed in Słupsk and Słupsk.The project will support those aged 18-29 who are eligible for Professor I (so-called “active unemployed”) or Professor II (so-called “needing support”) who do not participate in education or training (NEETs).In total 557 persons are planned to receive support (280K, 277 M), including in accordance with the access covered:106 persons (54k, 52M);13 disabled persons(7k, 6M) and 100 persons (52K, 48M) with a low qualification, i.e. persons with a level of education to ISCDED 3.The main result of the proj will be to employ a minimum of 187 persons (96 K, 91 M), including:— 2 disabled persons(1k, 1M), 32 people in debt.(17 K, 15 M), 31 low-skilled (16K, 15M) and 122 persons (62K, 60M) not eligible for any of these target groups.As part of the project, for each of the participants, a specific offer of an active player will be displayed. it will be preceded by an analysis of the ability, suitability and difficulty of the participant.On this basis, the PLO will carry out the work of the works and financial instruments referred to in the Act on Employment and Promotion.The following forms of support are planned in the project:work experience, vocational training, training and training for school., internships, works interin., one-off and occupation vouchers.The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and rules (including:a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and a concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation.The project will be in line with the information on the applications for funding under the OP KED which is in line with the objectives of OP KED 2014-2020, the raccoon, as well as the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, with the Act of the Public Procurement Act and the provisions on de minimis aid.
