POWIAT STAROGARDZKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W STAROGARDZIE GDAŃSKIM

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starogardzkim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 210 osób biorących udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30- zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw.wymagający wsparcia) . W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 in old age.The project will lead to the employment of at least 210 participants in the project.The project will support the persons aged 30 to qualify for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (to be supported).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
