Within the project, the following activities are envisaged: (A) block of activities related to auditing - analysis of the Principal's product and service offer - analysis of the Principal's business model - analysis of the production technology / services used by the Principal - analysis of the Principal's organizational structure - analysis of communication processes with business partners Principal - analysis of the Principal's marketing strategy - definition and characteristics of the Principal's customers and competitors - analysis of key market trends - analysis of design management needs - analysis of needs in terms of using design in the Principal's products - Principal's market potential analysis (B) block of activities related to the development of the strategy - recommendations regarding the presentation of the Principal's product (service) offer - recommendations of adjustments in the Principal's business model - recommendations of production technology development directions ( providing services) used by the Principal - recommendations for changes in the Principal's organizational structure - recommendations for communication processes with the Principal - design management recommendations - recommendations for the use of design in the Principal's products.
