Das zu entwickelnde Verfahren dient der automatisierten Erfassung von Rohren im eingebautenZustand und der damit verbundenen digitalen Abbildung der Rohrgeometrie. Es soll insbesonderedie hohen Anforderungen an die Messgenauigkeit in der anlagenbetrieblichen Umgebung erfüllen.Primär ermöglicht das Messverfahren eine Digitalisierung von bestehenden Anlagen, ohne dassdiese stillgelegt werden müssen. Dies bedeutet eine enorme Zeit- und Kostenersparnis für denBetreiber. Sekundär eröffnet das Verfahren der Schifffahrtindustrie neue, wirtschaftliche Optionenim Umgang mit Bestandsanlagen, v.a. deren Wartungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen. (German)

The process to be developed is used for the automated recording of pipes in the built-in state and the associated digital representation of the pipe geometry. In particular, it is intended to meet the high requirements for measuring accuracy in the plant operating environment.Primaryly, the measurement method enables the digitisation of existing plants without the need to shut down these systems. This means enormous time and cost savings for the operator. In secondary terms, the process of the shipping industry opens up new, economic options for dealing with existing plants, especially their maintenance and modernisation measures. (English)
