Celem projektu jest zapewnienie środków finansowych dla Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości niezbędnych do prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z wdrażaniem Działań/Poddziałań w ramach 2. i 3. Osi Priorytetowej Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój. Projekt obejmuje: finansowanie specjalistycznych szkoleń, studiów podyplomowych, warsztatów dla pracowników PARP zaangażowanych w realizację PO IR w celu zapewnienia odpowiednio wykwalifikowanej kadry; zapewnienie warunków techniczno-organizacyjnych (w tym. m.in. zakup sprzętu komputerowego, oprogramowania, wyposażenie stanowisk pracy, zapewnienie powierzchni biurowej, odpowiedniej obsługi organizacyjnej); wsparcie działań informacyjno-promocyjnych; finansowanie procesu wyboru i oceny projektów, kontroli, ewaluacji PO IR oraz zapewnienie wsparcia eksperckiego. Projekt obejmuje także finansowanie działań związanych z zamykaniem perspektywy finansowej 2007–2013, w tym, m. in. finansowanie Regionalnych Instytucji Finansujących zaangażowanych w zamykanie PO IG (w szczególności w zakresie przeprowadzania kontroli trwałości projektów), finansowanie kontroli oraz usług eksperckich w PARP związanych z zamykaniem PO IG. Ponadto planuje się finansowanie działań na rzecz klastrów, w tym realizację badania Benchmarking klastrów w Polsce. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to provide funding to the Polish Agency for the Development of Enterprise which is necessary for the correct execution of the tasks related to the implementation of the actions/Sub-activities under the 2th and 3 Actions.OP Smart Growth Priority axis.The project includes:funding of specialised training, post-graduate studies, workshops for the PARP employees involved in the implementation of the OP IR to ensure appropriately qualified staff;ensuring technical and organisational conditions (including the purchase of hardware, software, work stations, office space, adequate organisational support);support for information and promotion actions;financing the selection and evaluation of projects, controls, evaluation of the IR OP and provision of expert support.The project also covers the financing of activities related to the closure of the financial perspective 2007-2013, including, inter alia, the financing of the Regional Financial Institutions involved in the closure of the OPIE (in particular as regards the carrying out of project sustainability checks), the financing of the audit and the expert services in PARP related to the closure of the OPIE.In addition, it is planned to fund cluster actions, including the implementation of the Benchmarking survey of clusters in Poland.
