A operação é fundamental porque o IPCA fez uma aposta importante em cursos, enquadrados com a ENEI e a RIS3 Norte e que implicam um forte investimento em equipamentos, instalações, pessoal docente e não docente necessários para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
