O projeto de formação modelar destina-se aos ativos das empresas associadas, com enfoque nos que estão em risco de perda de emprego, através do aumento da sua adaptabilidade por via do desenvolvimento das competências requeridas pelo mercado de trabalho. Temos 263 empresas associadas (grandes, médias, pequenas e micro) localizadas na região centro. Será proposto 20 cursos conforme as necessidades de formação. (Portuguese)

The model training project is aimed at the assets of associated companies, focusing on those at risk of job loss, by increasing their adaptability through the development of skills required by the labour market. We have 263 associated companies (large, medium, small and micro) located in the central region. 20 courses will be proposed according to training needs. (English)
