En el marco de la implantación de la Administración electrónica, des de la Agència Catalana del Consum (ACC) se ha liderado un proyecto para la implantación del Sistema de Información de Consumo (en adelante SIC)._x000D_ El SIC será la herramienta de gestión de los expedientes de consumo, no sólo para la ACC, sinó también para el resto de organismos competentes en la materia, com Consejos Comarcales, Ayuntamientos y Diputaciones. SIC facilita los trámites a los usuarios porqué pueden hacer sus solicitudes presencialmente, via formulario web, con la posibilidad de añadir escaneada toda la documentación necesaria, y via la aplicación de consumo InfoConsum des de su móvil.
