El proyecto que se plantea ofrece a Gobiernos y Administraciones una solución que cubre todas las necesidades para llevar a cabo una iniciativa de datos abiertos, ya que se pondrá a su disposición la gestión y administración de una plataforma totalmente parametrizable y configurable que les permitirá ofrecer a los ciudadanos un portal de datos abiertos que podrán tener su origen en cualquier tipo de fuente, ya sean hojas de cálculo, ficheros PDF, bases de datos, aplicaciones de escritorio o incluso datos procedentes directamente de internet, ya se encuentren publicados en una o varias páginas web o en aplicativos web incrustados dentro de backoffices. El producto a desarrollar se trata de un producto genérico y replicable para cualquier Gobierno o Administración, parametrizable en función del cliente y multi-idioma, con clara orientación al mercado internacional. The proposed project offers Governments and Administrations a solution that covers all the needs to carry out an open data initiative, since the management and administration of a fully customisable and configurable platform will be made available to them that will allow them to offer citizens a portal of open data that may have its origin in any type of source, whether spreadsheets, PDF files, databases, desktop applications or even data from the Internet, are already published in one or several web pages or web applications embedded within back offices. The administrator of the portal will always have the best solution for uploading or building files regardless of their source, ensuring that the data made available to users will always be updated in real time. The product to be developed is a generic and replicable product for any Government or Administration, customisable according to the client and multi-language, clearly aimed at the international market. It will have a view layer for the end user (front-end) and an administrative layer that will be displayed by the portal administrator (back-end) and that will be used to publish the data and contents within it. In addition, the portal can be installed and configured in the clientNULLs own facilities or available in a cloud format, so that it does not require infrastructure for its use and implementation.
