Construcción de un hotel rural (clasificado como 4 encinas) con 26 habitaciones y restaurante para 120 personas._x000D_ _x000D_ El Proyecto Phi Gaia supone la creación de una explotación turística sostenible, un complejo ecoturístico que permita dar a conocer el centro, sus infraestructuras y filosofía de funcionamiento así como su entorno. _x000D_ _x000D_ El proyecto implica la construcción de cuatro edificios bioclimáticos y autosuficientes para el alojamiento tanto del personal propio como de los visitantes; para centro de seminarios, talleres y conferencias, para el turismo de congresos y para uso como recepción, comedor y lavandería a fin de atender a las personas que gestionan el centro y a los visitantes. El comedor se abastecerá de productos procedentes de la agricultura y ganadería ecológica. (Spanish)

Construction of a rural hotel (classified as 4 oaks) with 26 rooms and a restaurant for 120 people._x000D_ _x000D_ The Phi Gaia Project supposes the creation of a sustainable tourist exploitation, an ecotourism complex that allows to publicize the center, its infrastructures and operating philosophy as well as its surroundings._x000D_ _x000D_ The project involves the construction of four bioclimatic and self-sufficient buildings for the accommodation of both its own staff and visitors; for a seminar, workshop and conference center, for congress tourism and for use as a reception, dining room and laundry in order to serve the people who manage the center and visitors. _x000D_ The dining room will be supplied with products from organic agriculture and livestock.
