The operation explores old professions and crafts, identifying those at risk of extinction, but they have market and entrepreneurial potential, as well as maintaining and revitalising them through the transfer of knowledge between generations — to inform and encourage young people from urban areas and their surroundings about the revitalisation of old professions and crafts as opportunities to create new jobs.
