O projeto pretende prestar serviços de formação profissional inicial e contínua a 114 participantes com deficiência e incapacidade dos concelhos de Setúbal e de Palmela, em cursos de operadores/as de jardinagem e empregados/as de andares e de formação de base. Localmente existe uma boa rede de unidades hoteleiras e de empresas da área da jardinagem que irão elevar a empregabilidade e diminuir a pobreza dos participantes certificados. (Portuguese)

The project aims to provide initial and continuing vocational training services to 114 participants with disabilities and incapacity in the municipalities of Setúbal and Palmela, in courses of gardening operators, floor employees and basic training.
