Projeto formativo suportado em UFCD, na componente tecnológica, disponibilizadas no CNQ, destinado a 600 formandos desempregados de longa duração e desempregados não DLD, com habilitações inferiores ao ensino secundário, num total de 40 ações, duração de 1000 horas, volume de 15000 horas.
