The project ensures the sustainable integration of young people into the labour market and strengthens young people’s general and specific competences to improve their employability, as well as active citizenship. Trainings for young people (and accompanying activities necessary for the successful implementation of projects) carried out by an organisation in the youth sector as part of youth work in a consortium of partners are funded, with a view to involving young people in the processes of non-formal education and active citizenship, with a focus on improving their employability.
