Namen operacije je z mentorstvom zagotoviti dodatne kompetence za zaposlene osebe v socialnem podjetju ter z znanjem opremiti še 10 potencialnih oseb, ki so trenutno na trgu delovne sile izključeni in prejemajo denarno socialno pomoč. Cilj je tako skupaj z mentorji in udeleženci pripraviti poslovni načrt za dve socialno-podjetniški iniciativi in s tem doseči vsaj eno novo zaposlitev pripadnika/pripadnice romske manjšine.Z uspešno izvedbo projekta poleg večje socialne vključenosti, zaposlovanja, povečanja znanj pripadnikov romske manjšine itd., se želijo s pozitivnimi projekti boriti proti stereotipom, predsodkom, rasizmu, sovražnemu govoru in podobnimi negativnimi situacijami sedanjega časa. The purpose of the operation is to provide additional competences for employed persons in a social enterprise through mentoring and equipping with knowledge 10 potential people who are currently excluded on the labour market and receive financial social assistance. The aim is, together with mentors and participants, to draw up a business plan for two socio-entrepreneurial initiatives to achieve at least one new employment of a member of the Roma minority. With the successful implementation of the project, in addition to greater social inclusion, employment, increasing the skills of members of the Roma minority, etc., positive projects aim to combat stereotypes, prejudices, racism, hate speech and similar negative situations of the present time.
