La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de banda ancha a velocidades de al menos 100 Mbps a 2.118 unidades inmobiliarias de cinco entidades singulares de población de los municipios de Navaluenga, Fabero, Astudillo, Villada e Hinojosa de Duero pertenecientes a las provincias de Ávila, León, Palencia y Salamanca, las cuales se especifican en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en el despliegue de una red FTTH basada en el estándar GPON.
