La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 2.416 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de las entidades singulares de población pertenecientes a los 4 municipios de Vilanova del Vallés, Montesquiu, Masies De Voltrega (Les) y Vallromanes de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cataluña, las cuales se especifican en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
