La operación pretende en primer lugar acometer, en el entorno del yacimiento arqueológico de Santa Marina, las obras necesarias para la adecuación, conservación y protección tanto del cerramiento como del espacio libre abandonado interior de que dispone. Con dicha actuación se pretende mejorar y corregir la calidad ambiental de este espacio garantizado un mantenimiento adecuado que permita el acceso y visita del público, con la garantía de mejorar la conservación de los restos arqueológicos y de los elementos monumentales existentes._x000D_ _x000D_ Las obras comprenderán principalmente el tratamiento y protección del cerramiento histórico existente hacia la calle Santa Marina, incluida la recuperación del arco adintelado de piedra catalogado, actualmente desmontado, y el acondicionamiento del área interior de los solares mediante la plantación de césped. En definitiva se pretende mejorar la situación del cerramiento perimetral del yacimiento arqueológico y proteger el espacio interior, ya excavado y documentado, mediante una superficie ajardinada, que permita mantener los restos protegidos, y facilite la limpieza y mantenimiento del solar en condiciones de ornato y salubridad adecuados para el uso cultural._x000D_ _x000D_ El cerramiento perimetral tiene una longitud de 41,64 m hacia el sur. El espacio correspondiente al yacimiento arqueológico tiene una superficie aproximada de 1.087 m2 a los que se suman 189 m2 correspondientes al patio delimitado por el edificio conocido como la Casona de Puerta Castillo._x000D_ _x000D_ La operación consta de:_x000D_ _x000D_ • La elaboración de los documentos técnicos necesarios para la licitación y correcta ejecución de las obras. _x000D_ _x000D_ • La licitación de las obras mediante procedimiento abierto con tramitación ordinaria._x000D_ _x000D_ • La ejecución de las obras y su apertura al uso público que permitirá la visita del recinto arqueológico._x000D_ _x000D_ • Un Plan de comunicación y de promoción cultural para la puesta en valor del patrimonio arquitectónico y arqueológico de este recinto, tanto del solar arqueológi (Spanish)

The operation seeks, in the first place, to undertake, in the surroundings of the archaeological site of Santa Marina, the works necessary for the adaptation, conservation and protection of both the enclosure and the abandoned free space inside it. This action aims to improve and correct the environmental quality of this space guaranteed an adequate maintenance that allows access and visit of the public, with the guarantee of improving the conservation of the archaeological remains and of the existing monumental elements._x000D_ _x000D_ The works will mainly include the treatment and protection of the historic enclosure towards Santa Marina Street, including the recovery of the catalogued stone dintelated arch, currently disassembled, and the conditioning of the interior area of the plots by planting lawns. In short, it is intended to improve the situation of the perimeter enclosure of the archaeological site and to protect the interior space, already excavated and documented, by means of a landscaped surface, that allows to maintain the remains protected, and facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of the site in conditions of ornate and sanitary suitable for cultural use._x000D_ _x000D_ The perimeter enclosure has a length of 41.64 m to the south. The area corresponding to the archaeological site has an area of approximately 1.087 m² to which is added 189 m² corresponding to the courtyard bounded by the building known as the Castillo Door Case._x000D_ _x000D_ The operation consists of:_x000D_ _x000D_ • The preparation of the technical documents necessary for the tendering and the correct execution of the works. _x000D_ _x000D_ • tendering for works by means of an open procedure with ordinary processing._x000D_ _x000D_ • The execution of the works and their opening to public use which will allow the visit of the archaeological site._x000D_ _x000D_ • A communication and cultural promotion plan for the enhancement of the architectural and archaeological heritage of this site, both of the archaeological site (English)
