    El proyecto implantará un nuevo procesamiento automatizado en la nueva línea de fileteado de corvina proyectada en la instalación, y que es uno de los principales objetivos tecnológicos en el actual proceso y estrategia de innovación en la compañía. _x000D_ Se van a automatizar dos de los procesos que se realizan manualmente en la actualidad para los productos de Corvina: la clasificación de los lotes de pescado fresco entero y el porcionado de los filetes para la elaboración de productos VAP en diferentes formatos para venta tanto en fresco como congelado. _x000D_ Asimismo, estos equipos de porcionado y clasificación incorporan un software de gestión del proceso productivo para tener una trazabilidad y un análisis estadístico de los lotes procesados en ambos procesos lo cual reflejará un dato de rendimiento de la línea. Esta información será utilizada para optimizar al máximo las líneas de clasificado y fileteado aumentando la calidad y facilitando la toma de decisiones en tiempo real. El sistema también proporcionará información del estado de los equipos que componen la línea de clasificado y procesamiento para informar de cualquier incidencia. (Spanish)

    The project will implement a new automated processing in the new line of corvine filleting planned in the installation, and which is one of the main technological objectives in the current process and innovation strategy in the company. _x000D_ will automate two of the processes currently performed manually for Corvina products: the classification of batches of whole fresh fish and the portion of fillets for the production of VAP products in different formats for sale both fresh and frozen. _x000D_ also, these portioning and sorting teams incorporate a production process management software to have traceability and statistical analysis of the batches processed in both processes, reflecting a line performance data. This information will be used to optimise the sorting and filleting lines by increasing quality and facilitating real-time decision-making. The system will also provide information on the status of the teams that make up the line of sorting and processing to report any incidents. (English)
