La operación consiste en la mejora de la eficiencia energética en edificios e instalaciones públicas de Paterna, se desarrolla en dos fases:_x000D_ • Una primera fase consistente en la realización de auditorías energéticas (CERTIFICACIONES DE EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA). Mediante éstas se determinará el consumo actual de los edificios seleccionados para la actuación. Entre las edificaciones se encuentran: COLEGIO ANTONIO FERRANDIS, COLEGIO AUSIAS MARCH, CEIP LLOMA LLARGA, ESCUELA INFANTIL FUENTE DEL JARRO, COLEGIO SANCHIS GUARNER _x000D_ • En una segunda fase, se ejecutarán instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaicas como medida que permita reducir los consumos energéticos con energía convencional en los edificios auditados. Tal y como establecen los criterios para la selección de operaciones, todas las actuaciones en edificios públicos tomarán como base la clasificación energética inicial y buscarán mejoras significativas (de por lo menos una letra de clasificación energética), de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 235/2013 de 5 abril por el que se aprueba el procedimiento básico para la certificación de la eficiencia energética de los edificios. Una vez finalizada, se llevará a cabo una certificación final de los edificios en los que se ha actuado para determinar los ahorros energéticos conseguidos_x000D_ 1. As set out in the criteria for the selection of operations, all actions in public buildings will be based on the initial energy classification and will seek significant improvements (of at least one energy classification letter), in accordance with Royal Decree 235/2013 of 5 April 2013 approving the basic procedure for certification of the energy performance of buildings. Once completed, a final certification will be carried out for the buildings in which action has been taken to determine the energy savings achieved_x000D_ 1.
