    El objetivo general del proyecto de investigación consiste en diseñar y desarrollar una unidad piloto de producción de aire caliente para el secado y una posterior unidad de purificación de gases y partículas en suspensión para el sector orujero, que en caso de éxito será una novedad mundial en el sector. Esta unidad logrará evitar que se emita monóxido de carbono a la atmósfera y se disminuirá hasta un 40% la emisión de partículas en suspensión por debajo del límite legal establecido actualmente. Con el desarrollo de esta unidad innovadora se conseguirá estar a la vanguardia de las técnicas empleadas, lo que permitirá al sector orujero adaptarse a las futuras normativas ambientales ya anunciadas, cada vez más exigentes (Spanish)
