In today’s times, citizens are engaged in a process of technological change, with increasing demand for the use of ICT systems that offer an improvement in services. The development of this operation arises from this need, considering that it will generate greater citizen satisfaction, improving accessibility and obtaining the information generated in the races organised in the city._x000D_ _x000D_ The operation consists of the development of a system that, using information and communication technologies to enable and improve efficiency in the management of races organised in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. In this sense, the system will allow control of the timing and tracking of boats participating in nautical sports competitions considered to be of interest in the city. This system will allow and transmit access to information for dissemination through a public web portal and embeds that can be embedded in third-party portals. _x000D_ _x000D_ for tracking control, boats must be downloaded an app, available for Android mobile devices, which will function as a geolocaliser by sending their position in periods of 5 seconds or every 5 meters travelled, being able to obtain their trajectory during the competition. _x000D_ _x000D_ judges, through the platform will be able to mark the start of each competition and obtain the position and relative data of each boat, being able to take control of the race. _x000D_ _x000D_ in terms of the platform displayed for users, will collect the position and trajectory of each boat on the map, as well as the weather conditions existing at the time of the competition. En los tiempos actuales el ciudadano se encuentra inmerso en un proceso de cambio tecnológico, existiendo cada vez una mayor demanda hacia el uso de sistemas TIC que ofrezcan una mejora en los servicios. El desarrollo de esta operación surge por esta necesidad, considerando que permitirá generar una mayor satisfacción ciudadana, mejorando la accesibilidad y la obtención de la información generada en las regatas organizadas en la ciudad._x000D_ _x000D_ La operación consiste en el desarrollo de un sistema que, utilizando las tecnologías de la información y comunicación para posibilitar y mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión de las regatas organizadas en la ciudad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. En este sentido, el sistema permitirá llevar un control del cronometraje y el tracking de embarcaciones participantes en competiciones deportivas náuticas que se consideren de interés en la ciudad. A través de este sistema se permitirá y transmitirá el acceso de la información para su difusión mediante un portal web público y embeds que pueden ser incrustados en portales de terceros. _x000D_ _x000D_ Para el control del tracking, las embarcaciones deberán descargarse una app, disponible para dispositivos móviles Android, que funcionará como geolocalizador enviando su posición en periodos de 5 segundos o cada 5 metros recorridos, pudiendo obtener su trayectoria durante la competición. _x000D_ _x000D_ Los jueces, a través de la plataforma podrán marcar el inicio de cada competición y obtener la posición y datos referentes de cada embarcación, pudiendo llevar el control de la regata. _x000D_ _x000D_ En cuanto a la plataforma mostrada para los usuarios, recogerá la posición y trayectoria de cada embarcación sobre el mapa, así como las condiciones meteorológicas existentes en el momento de la competición.
