Mediante la rehabilitación energética de infraestructuras públicas y la_x000D_ puesta en marcha de un plan de mejora energética del alumbrado exterior,_x000D_ a través de esta operación se pretende mejorar la eficiencia energética y_x000D_ aumentar el uso de energías renovables dentro del área urbana funcional_x000D_ (AUF – Camas)._x000D_ En este sentido, la operación se centra en impulsar actuaciones de ahorro_x000D_ energético en edificios, y alumbrado público (incluyendo infraestructuras_x000D_ nuevas, cuadros de mandos y el resto de las instalaciones necesarias para_x000D_ soportar las nuevas luminarias, así como la telegestión); teniendo en_x000D_ cuenta aquellas que se rentabilicen en menor tiempo posible y para el caso_x000D_ de alumbrado público las que promuevan un ahorro significativo._x000D_ Para ello, como primera acción a acometer dentro de la operación se_x000D_ establece la redacción de las auditorías y certificados energéticos previos,_x000D_ que determinen las medidas específicas a implementar en cada una de las_x000D_ intervenciones municipales. Se partirá de la clasificación energética inicial_x000D_ y se asegurará que la eficiencia mejore al menos, en una letra. Esta_x000D_ auditoría servirá también para medir de forma objetiva y fiable los_x000D_ indicadores relacionados con este Objetivo Específico (la reducción en la_x000D_ emisión de gases de efecto invernadero por parte de las administraciones_x000D_ públicas en su ámbito de operaciones y la minoración de la factura_x000D_ energética en los suministros básicos de los equipamientos, las_x000D_ instalaciones y los edificios públicos)._x000D_ De igual forma, la auditoría podrá determinar, en su caso, un plan de trabajo_x000D_ y presupuesto estimativo de medidas correctoras a adoptar en futuras_x000D_ actuaciones. It shall be based on the initial energy classification_x000D_ and ensure that the efficiency improves at least in one letter. This_x000D_ audit will also serve to measure objectively and reliably the_x000D_ indicators related to this Specific Objective (the reduction in the_x000D_ greenhouse gas emission by public administrations_x000D_ in their area of operations and the reduction of the energy bill_x000D_ in the basic supplies of equipment, the_x000D_ installations and public buildings)._x000D_ Similarly, the audit may determine, where appropriate, a work plan_x000D_ and estimated budget for corrective actions to be taken in future_x000D_ actions.
