The objective of this project is the design, development and validation of fast charging stations for electric vehicles. The stations will include 50 kW charging poles, considering the possibility of increasing this power so that the charging time can be reduced. The project will include two different topologies, one connected to the Half Voltage network and one connected to the Low Voltage network. We will also consider the possibility of implementing energy storage._x000D_ _x000D_ To address this objective, the study of the regulations applicable to charging installations of electric vehicles, and of the current safety and insulation requirements, will be studied in detail the existing state-of-the-art solutions related to electric vehicle charging, the topologies will be reviewed and new configurations and topologies to improve the performance of the equipment available on the market today will be studied. The results of these analyses will materialise in prototype designs that will be manufactured for subsequent validation._x000D_ _x000D_ All these tasks have been grouped into a total of four activities: In the first of these, the main studies will be carried out to define the requirements of the new system. It will then carry out the complete design and verification of the prototypes (mechanics, electronics, electrical drawings, power electronics and software), which will be manufactured for subsequent validation. The results of the validation tests will be processed by the design team, which will make the necessary modifications to meet the specified requirements._x000D_ _x000D_ The proper implementation and coordination of these activities will allow Power Electronics to incorporate into its portfolio a new equipment, substantially improved compared to the competition.     El objetivo del presente proyecto es el diseño, desarrollo y validación de estaciones de carga rápida de vehículos eléctricos. Las estaciones inclurán los postes de recarga de 50 kW, contemplando la posibilidad de incrementar esta potencia de manera que se pueda reducir el tiempo de carga. El proyecto contemplará dos topologías diferentes, una conectable a la red de Media Tensión y otra conectable a la red de Baja Tensión. También se contemplará la posibilidad de implementar almacenamiento de energía._x000D_ _x000D_ Para abordar este objetivo, se realizará el estudio de la normativa aplicabe a las instalaciones de carga de vehículos eléctricos, y de los requerimientos vigentes en cuanto a seguridad y aislamiento, se estudiarán detalladamente las soluciones existentes en el estado del arte relacionadas con carga de vehículo eléctrico, se revisarán la topologías y se estudiarán nuevas configuraciones y topologías que mejoren las prestaciones de los equipos disponibles en el mercado en la actualidad. Los resultados de estos análisis se materializarán en diseños de prototipos que serán fabricados para su posterior validación._x000D_ _x000D_ Todas estas tareas se han agrupado en un total de cuatro actividades: En la primera de ellas se llevarán a cabo los principales estudios para definir los requerimientos del nuevo sistema. Posteriormente llevará a cabo el diseño y verificación íntegro de los prototipos (mecánica, electrónica, planos eléctricos, electrónica de potencia y software), los cuales serán fabricados para su posterior validación. Los resultados de las pruebas de validación serán tratados por el equipo de diseño, que realizará las modificaciones oportunas para cumplir con los requerimientos especificados._x000D_ _x000D_ La realización y coordinación adecuada de estas actividades permitirá a Power Electronics incorporar a su portfolio un nuevo equipo, mejorado sustancialmente respecto a la competencia.
