El proyecto objeto de incentivo consiste en la implantación de un software de gestión, cuyo objetivo es la integración de las tareas y documentos, con el área privada de acceso por los clientes.El software ofrece las siguientes ventajas:- Permite poder acceder a la aplicación desde cualquier lugar y ordenador, dado que el software está online, destacando también la seguridad e integridad de los datos almacenados. -Informatiza y automatiza los procedimientos de las distintas tareas realizadas en la empresa, de modo que se evitan errores que provengan del desconocimiento de los procedimientos a seguir. -Facilita la coordinación interdepartamental en el caso de los expedientes compartidos, dado que automatiza la transferencia de los expedientes entre departamentos.-Promueve el trabajo telemático e informatizado y hace disminuir muy considerablemente el uso de papel físico.-Aumenta la eficiencia de la empresa, dado que se realiza un seguimiento exhaustivo del estado en el que se encuentra cada expediente.-Habilita a la empresa a ofrecer un usuario de clientes, mediante el cual se facilite a los mismos toda su documentación de forma instantánea.
