With this new solution that wants to be incorporated into the management, we have access to the possibility of saving and managing in a better way all the information related to sales, purchases, in-store stock, leads, appointment management and testing, which will make making MODA, SL much more productive and competitive. The objective is to manage more effectively the buying and selling processes and to better dispose and use the data available in areas such as logistics or billing. Currently sales management is done with a very basic solution that hardly allows you to use the information efficiently, so many of the processes of sales, purchases, appointments... manually, which makes you waste time and be less efficient. Adquisición e implantación de un Software de gestión de procesos (Atelier) para que la empresa puede tener un control total desde la oficina central sobre el estado de las tiendas. Gracias a la eficaz integración con el ERP se consiguen automatizar los principales procesos de transmisión y comunicación de datos. Con esta nueva solución que se quiere incorporar a la gestión, se accede a la posibilidad de guardar y gestionar de mejor manera todo la información relativa a las ventas, las compras, stock en tienda, clientes potenciales, gestión de citas y pruebas, lo cual que hará que HIGAR MODA, SL sea mucho más productiva y competitiva. El objetivo es gestionar con mayor efectividad los procesos de compra-venta y disponer y utilizar mejor los datos disponibles en áreas tales como logística o facturación. Actualmente la gestión de ventas se hace con una solución muy básica que apenas permite utilizar la información eficientemente, por lo que se han de realizar muchos de los procesos de ventas, compras, citas...de forma manual, lo cual hace que se pierda tiempo y ser menos eficiente. La transformación digital con esta nueva herramienta mejorara la competitividad, y posibilitará el acceso a nuevos mercados/clientes. (Spanish)
