In its interior section, an important part of its line of business is focused on high-end cars, where details and perfection mark the excellence of Faurecia products._x000D_ Within this line of business, there are still great technological limitations to be solved, such as the handling of natural materials, of synthetic materials in foam coating (inefficiencies shocker), the unique behaviour and handling of cut and sewn cloths in which characteristics and stresses change from model to model; all flexible and extensible, on 3D geometries._x000D_ In order to overcome the existing limitations, the project focuses on the development of automotive components from flexible materials with unique behaviors on 3D geometries, of high difficulty._x000D_ The project described in this report will be developed during two annuities, starting at the beginning of March 2019 and ending at the end of December 2020, with a total budget of EUR 640897.23; and it will have the collaboration of some technological companies that will allow the company to achieve the objectives set._x000D_ The project will be developed from the Paterna R & D Center (Valencia), so that it continues to give impetus to the strategy focused on differentiation through the realisation of high quality innovative developments, which began with the creation of the R & D Centre itself and the departments of Robotics and Premium Wrapping, currently being the center of reference worldwide, being the objective of these, developing projects but also improving knowledge in technology and machine.     Faurecia es líder global en soluciones innovadoras para la industria automovilística, y equipos de calidad. En su sección de interiores, una parte importante de su línea de negocio está centrada en los automóviles de alta gama, donde los detalles y la perfección marcan la excelencia de los productos Faurecia._x000D_ Dentro de esta línea de negocio, existen aún grandes limitaciones tecnológicas pendientes de resolver, como por ejemplo el manejo de los materiales naturales, de materiales sintéticos in capa de espuma (amortiguadora de ineficiencias), el comportamiento singular y manejo de paños cortados y cosidos en los que las características y tensiones cambian de un modelo a otro; todos ellos flexibles y extensibles, sobre geometrías 3D._x000D_ Para poder superar las limitaciones existentes, el proyecto se centra en el desarrollo de componentes de automóvil a partir de materiales flexibles con comportamientos singulares sobre geometrías 3D, de elevada dificultad._x000D_ El proyecto que en esta memoria se describe se va a desarrollar durante dos anualidades, comenzando a inicios de marzo de 2019 y finalizando al fin de diciembre de 2020, contando con un presupuesto total de 640.897,23 euros; y contará con la colaboración de algunas empresas tecnológicas que permitirán a la empresa alcanzar los objetivos planteados._x000D_ El proyecto se desarrollará desde el Centro de I+D de Paterna (Valencia), de forma que se continúe dando impulso a la estrategia enfocada a la diferenciación por medio de la realización de desarrollos innovadores de alta calidad, que comenzó con la creación del propio Centro de I+D y los departamentos de Robótica y Premium Wrapping, siendo actualmente centro de referencia mundial, siendo el objetivo de éstas, desarrollar proyectos pero también mejorar el conocimiento en la tecnología y la máquina.
