Property / summary: With the execution of this project Alcaliber aims to acquire the necessary knowledge that allows it to carry out the design and development of new synthesis processes to obtain new API compounds. The API compounds on which this project will focus are Noroximorphone, Naloxone and naltrexone._x000D_ The general objectives of the project are listed below:_x000D_ — Development of a synthesis process compatible with noroximorphone from oripavine poppy straw concentrate, as well as for oxymorphone or an oxymorphone analogue. _x000D_ — development of a synthesis process for the transformation of noroximorphone into various analgesic narcotic drugs with different medical application, such as: _x000D_ — Naloxone hydrochloride _x000D_ — Naltrexone hydrochloride _x000D_ The initial research will focus on the most immediate synthetic option for noroxymorphone, although once the results are available, the synthesis process of this substance will be further adapted._x000D_ Also, as soon as a synthesis process for noroximorphone is available, the work will be oriented towards the development of individual process stages for the synthesis of each of the “nal” compounds of noroximorphone. Con la ejecución del presente proyecto Alcaliber persigue la adquisición del conocimiento necesario que le permita llevar a cabo el diseño y desarrollo de nuevos procesos de síntesis para la obtención de nuevos compuestos API. Los compuestos API sobre los que se centrará el presente proyecto son la noroximorfona, la naloxona y naltrexona._x000D_ A continuación se enumeran los objetivos generales del proyecto:_x000D_ - Desarrollo de un proceso de síntesis compatible con la noroximorfona a partir de concentrado de paja de adormidera de oripavina, así como para la oximorfona o un análogo de la oximorfona. _x000D_ - Desarrollo de un proceso de síntesis para la transformación de la noroximorfona en varios estupefacientes analgésicos con aplicación médica diferentes, tales como: _x000D_ --- Hidrocloruro de Naloxona _x000D_ --- Hidrocloruro de Naltrexona _x000D_ Las investigaciones iniciales se centrarán en la opción sintética más inmediata para la obtención de la noroximorfona si bien, una vez los resultados estén disponibles se buscará adaptar aún más el proceso de síntesis de esta sustancia._x000D_ Asimismo, tan pronto se disponga de un proceso de síntesis para la noroximorfona, se orientarán los trabajos hacia el desarrollo de etapas individuales de proceso para la síntesis de cada uno de los compuesto "nal " de la noroximorfona.
