The objective of this project is to improve the company’s competitiveness to cope with the increase in production volume that is necessary to meet the increase in sales both domestically and in export.The acquisition of the planned machinery will provide greater productivity, as well as the expansion of new market lines “horizontal growth”, such as the garden-garden-home market. For the correct installation of the machinery it is necessary to adapt the facilities of Agrolaboratorios. This will result in an increase in the useful surface area.The process equipment to be purchased is:-A pneumatic conveying system for solid raw materials.- Semi-automatic liquid dosing machine with packaging capacity of 25-50 mL.-Automatic dosing machine for viscous liquids.-Packing line for liquids with packaging capacity of 50-150 mL.-Extractor cabin for the laboratory.-Assembling of working island for the laboratory.To accommodate such machinery, a series of works will be carried out in the company’s warehouses: Construction of a mezzanine in nave 265 and construction of a metal structure in nave 7 to remove the existing pillars and extend the useful surface, both ships, located in the Políg. El objetivo del presente proyecto es mejorar la competitividad de la empresa para hacer frente al incremento del volumen de producción que se presenta necesario para atender al incremento de ventas tanto en el mercado nacional como en exportación.La adquisición de la maquinaria prevista proporcionará una mayor productividad, así como la ampliación de nuevas líneas de mercado "crecimiento horizontal", como es el mercado de la jardinería-garden-hogar. Para la correcta instalación de la maquinaria es necesaria la adecuación de las instalaciones de Agrolaboratorios. Con ello se conseguirá un aumento de la superficie útil.Los bienes de equipo de procesos a adquirir son:-Un sistema neumático de transporte para materias primas sólidas.-Dosificadora semi-automática para líquidos con capacidad de envasado de 25-50 mL.-Dosificadora automática para garrafas de líquidos viscosos.-Línea de envasado para líquidos con capacidad de envasado de 50 - 150 mL.-Cabina extractora para el laboratorio.-Montaje de isla de trabajo para el laboratorio.Para poder dar cabida a dicha maquinaria se realizarán una serie de obras en las naves de la empresa: Construcción de una entreplanta en la nave 265 y construcción de una estructura metálica en la nave 7 para retirar los pilares existentes y ampliar la superficie útil, ambas naves, sitas en el Políg.
