El proyecto consiste en la apertura de un nuevo centro de asistencia geriátrica en el municipio de Roquetas de Mar. Actualmente la empresa tiene otra residencia de la tercera edad en Alhama de Almería, pero ha detectado que existe una carencia en la oferta de estos servicios en el Poniente Almeriense. _x000D_ En el centro geriátrico se van a prestar servicios de alojamiento y convivencia con función sustitutoria del hogar, de forma temporal o permanente, donde se prestará a las personas mayores una atención integral y personalizada en todas sus necesidades._x000D_ El centro contará con el siguiente equipamiento:_x000D_ -Habitaciones con teléfono, luz de lectura, toma de T.V., avisador (también en W.C.) y climatización, baños geriátricos con suelo antideslizante,_x000D_ -Instalaciones comunes: Comedor ( donde se servirán dietas personalizadas), cafetería, peluquería, despacho médico y enfermería, gimnasio (con servicio de rehabilitación), servicios de cocina, lavandería y limpieza propios, salones multifuncionales (terapia ocupacional, animación sociocultural, rehabilitación cognitiva y psicomotriz), teléfono público, salas de T.V. y de visitas, etc._x000D_ _x000D_ El nuevo edificio se va a construir sobre un solar que es propiedad de la empresa y que se encuentra libre de cargas._x000D_ _x000D_ La memoria de solicitud no ha sufrido ninguna modificación a lo largo del estudio del proyecto.
