Actualmente, el Ayuntamiento de La Línea se encuentra trabajando en los primeros pasos hacia una transformación digital de La Línea. Desde el Ayuntamiento se han impulsado nuevas líneas de trabajo digitales dirigidas a la ciudadanía, por un lado se firmó un acuerdo con la Junta de Andalucía dentro del proyecto “Andalucía Compromiso Digital” para la realización de distintos cursos dirigidos a la ciudadanía con el objeto de desarrollar acciones formativas, así como de sensibilización y capacitación sobre la Sociedad de la Información. _x000D_ _x000D_ La reciente aprobación en octubre del 2015 de la normativa para la reforma del funcionamiento de las administraciones públicas viene a reforzar la implantación de una Administración totalmente electrónica, interconectada, transparente y con una estructura clara y simple. _x000D_ _x000D_ Ahora existe, por tanto, una correlativa obligación de las Administraciones Públicas, que deberán dotarse de los medios tecnológicos, jurídicos y organizativos necesarios para atender el ejercicio de derechos por parte de los ciudadanos. _x000D_ _x000D_ Esta reforma se basa en dos ejes complementarios: el referido a las relaciones externas de la Administración con ciudadanos y empresas, de la que se ocupa la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (Ley 39/2015), y el referido a la organización y relaciones internas dentro de cada Administración y entre las distintas Administraciones, en la que se centra la Ley de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público (Ley 40/2015). _x000D_ _x000D_ El ayuntamiento cuenta ahora con una gran oportunidad para:_x000D_ • Simplificar los procedimientos administrativos_x000D_ • Aumentar la eficiencia mediante la disminución los costes y el gasto público._x000D_ • Aumentar la proximidad y transparencia ante los ciudadanos._x000D_ • Mejorar la calidad de los servicios públicos prestados_x000D_ • Modernizar el funcionamiento interno del ayuntamiento mediante las TIC.
