Se plantea por parte de la propiedad la reparación de las fachadas del edificio debido a que durante los últimos años han aparecido en diversas estancias de la mayor parte de las viviendas del edificio humedades importantes de condensación derivadas de un insuficiente aislamiento térmico de la fachada y de un inexistente tratamiento de los puentes térmicos en puntos singulares del edificio como son los pilares y los frentes de forjados. Además de esto, en los últimos meses se han producido desprendimientos puntuales del material de revestimiento existente en la fachada._x000D_ El presente proyecto tiene por objeto proceder a la instalación de un sistema de aislamiento térmico por el exterior (SATE) en las fachadas existentes en los inmuebles de viviendas sitos en la calle Ibaibide 16-18 de Getxo, Bizkaia. En el proyecto se detallan los trabajos a realizar desde el punto de vista técnico, constructivo y normativo. (Spanish)

In addition to this, in recent months there have been specific detachments of the existing cladding material on the façade._x000D_ The purpose of this project is to install an outdoor thermal insulation system (SATE) on the existing facades in housing buildings on 16-18 Ibaibide Street in Getxo, Bizkaia. The project details the work to be carried out from a technical, constructive and normative point of view. (English)
