Introduction: Aggressive behaviors within impulsive-aggressive personality disorders (TPi-a) pose a serious problem of violence in our society. However, there are still not many studies on endophenotypic patterns that are indicators of therapeutic targets for treatment. Objective: find biochemical endophenotypes underlying impulsive-aggressive personality disorders that guide diagnostic work and the search for therapeutic targets. Methodology: the study will include 150 patients with PI-a and 100 controls aged 18 to 40 years who will be given a sociodemographic protocol, a psychopathological, clinical and psychodiagnostic protocol, and blood tests will be performed to obtain samples of glucocorticoid receptors, serotonin, oxytocin, pro and anti-inflammatory factors and genetic factors.
