    ESTE PROYECTO SE CENTRA EN EL PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL DE ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACION PRIMARIA. ESTE TIPO DE PENSAMIENTO ES EL PROCESO DE CONSTRUCCION, DESCRIPCION Y RAZONAMIENTO CON Y ACERCA DE LAS FUNCIONES. ES UNA DE LAS VIAS QUE SE PROPONEN PARA APROXIMAR A LOS ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACION PRIMARIA AL ALGEBRA ESCOLAR, DENTRO DE LA PROPUESTA EARLY ALGEBRA. CANTIDADES VARIABLES, RELACIONES FUNCIONALES (PATRONES), GENERALIZACION, RESOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS Y SISTEMAS DE REPRESENTACION SON ELEMENTOS CLAVE PARA ABORDAR EL DESARROLLO DEL PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL DESDE LOS PRIMEROS CURSOS. _x000D_ HABIENDO PROFUNDIZADO EN EL MARCO CONCEPTUAL DEL PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL E INICIADO EN LA EXPLORACION DE ESTE TIPO DE PENSAMIENTO EN EDUCACION PRIMARIA EN UN PROYECTO PREVIO, NOS PROPONEMOS AVANZAR EN SU ESTUDIO, PROFUNDIZANDO EN SU DESCRIPCION. CONSIDERAMOS AHORA ALUMNOS DE DIFERENTES CURSOS Y CENTROS EDUCATIVOS DE EDUCACION PRIMARIA. AL MISMO TIEMPO, BUSCAMOS CONTRIBUIR AL DESARROLLO DE ESTE TIPO DE PENSAMIENTO DISEÑANDO TAREAS, MATERIALES Y ESTRATEGIAS QUE LO PROMUEVAN Y CONTRIBUYAN A SUPERAR LOS OBSTACULOS QUE EVIDENCIAN LOS ESTUDIANTES. ESTAS IDEAS FUNDAMENTAN LOS OBJETIVOS DE INVESTIGACION DE ESTE PROYECTO. _x000D_ EL PENSAMIENTO ALGEBRAICO Y, EN PARTICULAR, EL PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL ES EL FOCO DE INVESTIGACION EN ESTE PROYECTO Y HA RECIBIDO UNA DESTACADA ATENCION A NIVEL INTERNACIONAL EN LAS ULTIMAS DOS DECADAS. LOS ANTECEDENTES EXISTENTES, INCLUIDO NUESTRO PROYECTO PREVIO, EVIDENCIAN LA CAPACIDAD DE LOS ALUMNOS DE EDUCACION PRIMARIA PARA EL TRABAJO CON ELEMENTOS ALGEBRAICOS, ENTRE ELLOS LAS FUNCIONES. TAMBIEN APORTAN LOS ELEMENTOS TEORICOS NECESARIOS PARA ABORDAR LOS OBJETIVOS PROPUESTOS. EL ESTUDIO DE LAS RELACIONES FUNCIONALES, LA GENERALIZACION, LOS SISTEMAS DE REPRESENTACION INVOLUCRADOS Y LAS ESTRATEGIAS DE RESOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS PERMITEN PROFUNDIZAR EN LA DESCRIPCION DEL PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL QUE LLEVAN A CABO LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 6-12 AÑOS. _x000D_ LA METODOLOGIA PROPUESTA ES UN EXPERIMENTO DE ENSEÑANZA, PROPIO DEL PARADIGMA DE LA INVESTIGACION DE DISEÑO. RE-DISEÑAREMOS Y REFINAREMOS EL DISEÑO INSTRUCCIONAL IMPLEMENTADO EN EL PROYECTO PREVIO PARA APLICARLO AHORA EN VARIOS GRUPOS DE ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACION PRIMARIA DE DOS CENTROS EDUCATIVOS ESPAÑOLES. EN LA RECOGIDA DE DATOS COMBINAREMOS LA OBSERVACION PARTICIPANTE, ENTREVISTAS SEMIESTRUCTURADAS Y PRUEBAS ESCRITAS._x000D_ LOS RESULTADOS DE ESTE PROYECTO SERAN DE UTILIDAD PARA LA INVESTIGACION EN EL AREA, LA DOCENCIA EN PRIMARIA Y LA FORMACION DEL PROFESORADO. FAVORECERAN LA CONSOLIDACION DE UNA LINEA DE INVESTIGACION NOVEDOSA EN ESPAÑA Y CONTRIBUIRAN A NIVEL INTERNACIONAL A LA ELABORACION DE UN MODELO TEORICO DEL DESARROLLO DEL PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL DESDE LAS PRIMERAS ETAPAS. CONOCER COMO EVIDENCIAN Y DESARROLLAN PENSAMIENTO FUNCIONAL LOS ESTUDIANTES DE PRIMARIA PERMITE INFORMAR EL DISEÑO DE PROPUESTAS DE ENSEÑANZA EN LINEA CON LAS NUEVAS DIRECTRICES CURRICULARES A NIVEL NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL. EN LA FORMACION DEL PROFESORADO, UN MEJOR CONOCIMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS COGNITIVOS ES UTIL PARA EL DESARROLLO DE UNA ENSEÑANZA GUIADA COGNITIVAMENTE. ESTO ES ESPECIALMENTE INTERESANTE, TENIENDO EN CUENTA QUE LA MAYORIA DE LOS MIEMBROS DEL PROYECTO SON FORMADORES DE MAESTROS DE EDUCACION PRIMARIA EN DIFERENTES INSTITUCIONES. ASI MISMO ESTE PROYECTO BUSCA FORTALECER LOS LAZOS PROFESIONALES Y LA COLABORACION CON INVESTIGADORES DE PRESTIGIO INTERNACIONAL EN NUESTRA AREA, QUIENES SE PRESENTAN COMO INTEGRANTES DEL EQUIPO DE TRABAJO. WE NOW CONSIDER STUDENTS OF DIFFERENT COURSES AND PRIMARY EDUCATION CENTERS. AT THE SAME TIME, WE SEEK TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TYPE OF THOUGHT BY DESIGNING TASKS, MATERIALS AND STRATEGIES THAT PROMOTE IT AND CONTRIBUTE TO OVERCOMING THE OBSTACLES THAT STUDENTS SHOW. THESE IDEAS UNDERPIN THE RESEARCH OBJECTIVES OF THIS PROJECT. _x000D_ the algebraic thinking AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE FUNCTIONAL PENSAMIT is the search PHOUSE in this project and has received a prominent attention to international LEVEL in the last two decades. THE EXISTING BACKGROUND, INCLUDING OUR PREVIOUS PROJECT, DEMONSTRATES THE ABILITY OF PRIMARY EDUCATION STUDENTS TO WORK WITH ALGEBRAIC ELEMENTS, INCLUDING FUNCTIONS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE THEORICAL ELEMENTS NECESSARY TO ADDRESS THE PROPOSED OBJECTIVES. THE STUDY OF FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS, GENERALISATION, REPRESENTATION SYSTEMS INVOLVED AND PROBLEM SOLVING STRATEGIES ALLOW YOU TO DEEPEN THE DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONAL THINKING CARRIED OUT BY STUDENTS OF 6-12 YEARS. _x000D_ the METODOLOGY PROPOSES IS an EXPERIMENT OF TEachING, OWN OF THE PARADIGMA OF DESIGN RESEARCH. WE WILL RE-DESIGN AND REFINE THE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN IMPLEMENTED IN THE PREVIOUS PROJECT TO APPLY IT NOW IN SEVERAL GROUPS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION STUDENTS FROM TWO SPANISH SCHOOLS. In the collection of data we will combine PARTICIPANT OBSERVATION, semi-structured ENVIRONMENTS AND WRITE TESTS._x000D_ the results of this project will be of use for research in the AREA, the PRIMARY DOCENCE and the FORMATION of the Professor. THEY WILL PROMOTE THE CONSOLIDATION OF A NEW RESEARCH LINE IN SPAIN AND CONTRIBUTE INTERNATIONALLY TO THE ELABORATION OF A THEORETICAL MODEL OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUNCTIONAL THINKING FROM THE EARLY STAGES. KNOWING HOW FUNCTIONAL THINKING IS EVIDENCED AND DEVELOPED BY PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO INFORM THE DESIGN OF TEACHING PROPOSALS IN LINE WITH THE NEW CURRICULAR GUIDELINES AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. IN TEACHER TRAINING, A BETTER KNOWLEDGE OF COGNITIVE PROCESSES IS USEFUL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COGNITIVELY GUIDED TEACHING. THIS IS ESPECIALLY INTERESTING, CONSIDERING THAT MOST OF THE PROJECT MEMBERS ARE TRAINERS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION TEACHERS IN DIFFERENT INSTITUTIONS. THIS PROJECT ALSO SEEKS TO STRENGTHEN PROFESSIONAL TIES AND COLLABORATION WITH INTERNATIONALLY RENOWNED RESEARCHERS IN OUR AREA, WHO PRESENT THEMSELVES AS MEMBERS OF THE WORK TEAM. (English)
