Namen in cilj RRI projekta je razviti termoizolacijski premaz, ki bo prvi multifunkcionalni premaz z antikorozijskimi lastnostmi, z odpornostjo na visoke temperature (tudi do 400°C) in ga bo zaradi lahkega načina aplikacije moč uporabiti za zaščito težko dostopnih sistemov (npr. cevovodov). Navedene lastnosti premaza so zlasti zaželene v industrijah, kjer proizvodnja poteka v ekstremnih pogojih, npr. v naftni industriji, rafinerijah, procesno intenzivnih industrijah kot so kemična, lesna, steklarska, jeklarska industrija ter v ostalih industrijah, kjer se uporabljajo talilnice in kotlovnice. Zaradi široke aplikativnosti ima naš produkt izjemno tržno moč, ki se kaže tudi v velikem povpraševanju na trgu po tovrstnih premazih s strani končnih uporabnikov (industrij) in v prizadevanju konkurenčnih podjetij za razvoj multifunkcionalnih premazov, ki pa trenutno še niso na voljo. The purpose and objective of the RRI project is to develop a thermo-insulating coating, which will be the first multifunctional coating with anti-corrosion properties, with high temperature resistance (including up to 400 °C) and can be used to protect hard-to-reach systems (e.g. pipelines) due to its easy application mode. These coating properties are particularly desirable in industries where production takes place under extreme conditions, e.g. the oil industry, refineries, process-intensive industries such as chemical, wood, glass, steel and other industries using smelters and boiler rooms. Due to its wide application, our product has exceptional market power, which is also reflected in the high market demand for such coatings by end-users (industry) and in the efforts of competing companies to develop multifunctional coatings, which are not yet available at the moment.
