Las actuaciones van dirigidas a evaluar escenarios climáticos, impactos y vulnerabilidades del cambio climático en los sectores, sistemas y recursos prioritarios en Canarias (y enmarcados en el Plan Nacional de Adaptación), obteniendo a partir de dichos escenarios las posibles medidas potenciales de adaptación para su posterior incorporación a los planes y programas sectoriales. Esta evaluación se realizará de acuerdo a los modelos que se relacionan en el Plan Nacional de Adaptación, aplicándolos de manera específica a Canarias._x000D_ Estos trabajos están justificados por el Plan Nacional de Adaptación, el cual recoge en su Tercer Programa de Trabajo la necesidad de realizar evaluaciones de impactos y posibles medidas de adaptación en el ámbito de los territorios insulares. The actions are aimed at assessing climatic scenarios, impacts and vulnerabilities of climate change in sectors, systems and priority resources in the Canary Islands (and framed in the National Adaptation Plan), obtaining from these scenarios the possible potential adaptation measures for their Subsequent incorporation to sectoral plans and programs. This evaluation will be carried out according to the models that are listed in the National Adaptation Plan, applying them specifically to the Canary Islands._x000D_ These works are justified by the National Adaptation Plan, which includes in its Third Work Program the need to conduct impact assessments and possible adaptation measures in the area of island territories.
