    MANUMEMS persigue la optimización y automatización del proceso completo de producción de sistemas Bio-MEMS( Sistemas Microelectromecanicos Biológicos), incluyendo la evaluación y la selección de los materiales con los que son producidos, los pasos críticos del diseño y la cadena de producción (fotolitografía, deposición, grabado, corte, ...), así como el desarrollo de accesorios (encapsulado, electrónica, etc... ) necesarios para la fabricación sistemas Lab-on-a-Chip o microsistemas de análisis total (Biosensores, quimiosensores), productos en los que Micrux tiene experiencia._x000D_ Se trata de un proyecto de alto componente multidisciplinar al combinar ciencia de los materiales, ciencias clínicas, ingeniería eléctrica, ingeniería mecánica, ingeniería óptica, ingeniería química e ingeniería biomédica, que se lleva a cabo en cooperación internacional.     MANUMEMS aims to optimize and automate the whole production process of Bio-MEMS (Biological Micro-electromechanical Systems), including assessment and selection of materials for manufacture, critical steps in the design and production chain (photolithographics, deposition, engraving, cutting, etc), as well as developing accessories (encapsulation, electronics, etc. ) required to manufacture Lab-on-a-Chip systems, or total analysis micro systems (biosensors, chemosensors), products in which Micrux has experience._x000D_ The proyect has a strong multidisciplinary element by combining the science of materials, clinical sciences, and electrical, mechanical, optical, chemical and biomedical engineering performed with international cooperation.
