Z implementacijo nadgradenj preventivnih programov bomo pri ciljnih populacijah prispevali k boljši informiranosti, motiviranosti in posledično vključenosti v preventivne programe ter k dostopnejšim, sprejemljivejšim in ustreznejšim preventivnim obravnavam. Z vidika izvajalcev pa bodo nadgradnje doprinesle k boljšemu doseganju ciljev preventivnih programov zaradi usklajenega izvajanja preventive, timskega pristopa, sodelovanja in povezovanja med vsemi izvajalci preventivnih programov v zdravstvenem domu in pripadajočem lokalnem okolju.
