Namen je torej izobraziti tako strokovne delavce v institucijah, kot posameznike, ki jih zajemamo v ranljivo - ciljno skupino. Projekt bo vplival na udeležence skozi daljši čas in na različne načine, vedno pa se bo upošteval integrativni (celostni) pristop. Projekt se bo skozi diseminacijo (marketingom, uporaba socialnih medijev, internetna stran) približeval širši javnosti, tako bo javnost seznanjena z možnostjo vključitve in prejema pomoči glede vstopa na trg delovne sile.
