Desde el punto de vista energético el conjunto edificatorio presenta graves deficiencias, por lo que requiere una rehabilitación energética integral que permita convertirlo en un inmueble energéticamente eficiente, rebajándose al menos una letra en la clasificación energética de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 235/2013, de 5 de abril, por el que se aprueba el procedimiento básico para la certificación energética de los edificios._x000D_ En concreto, mediante la presente operación, en el marco de la L5 Rehabilitación integral energética de edificios públicos se pretende llevar a cabo una reforma energética integral del conjunto edificatorio incluido en la parcela, optimizando los materiales y cerramientos del inmueble, de manera que podamos conseguir un espacio eficiente y sostenible. Se incluye además la instalación de una iluminación exterior más eficiente dentro de la parcela donde se ubica el conjunto edificatorio. (Spanish)
