La operación consiste en un dispositivo de atención atendido por dos técnicos de inserción, cuyo cometido será canalizar la demanda y realizar labores de atención, orientación y acompañamiento a los demandantes de empleo. Esta atención, en el caso de demandantes de empleo por cuenta ajena, consistirá en actuaciones garanticen el aumento de las posibilidades de inserción de personas en riesgo de exclusión y colectivos minoritarios de la zona. Por ejemplo talleres de formación pre-laboral, Formación profesional, prácticas profesionales. Se programarán cursos de formación ligados a posibilidades reales de inserción en las zonas, vinculándolas a prácticas profesionales. (Spanish)
