El objetivo de esta operación es la renovación de los sistemas de información que sustentan las áreas tributarias/recaudatorias y económicas, así como su integración con los sistemas de gestión del procedimiento administrativo. Así, las actuaciones dentro de este proyecto está enfocadas a conseguir la integración de los diversos sistemas de información que dan soporte a la gestión económica, eliminando las barreras que obligan a la realización del mismo trabajo hasta tres veces, por parte de los funcionarios, en las distintas plataformas de información. El ciudadano se beneficiará de los procedimientos que serán susceptibles de ser automatizados como por ejemplo las devoluciones de ingresos indebidos. (Spanish)
