    El objetivo general del proyecto es pues el desarrollo de un sistema de detección y clasificación de defectos en carrocerías de forma dinámica, evitando que sea necesaria la parada de la carrocería durante un cierto tiempo para realizar la inspección y optimizando los niveles de detección y zonas inspeccionables tal y como requieren los fabricantes del sector del automóvil._x000D_ El sistema estará dividido en tres partes:_x000D_ • Sistema de verificación y clasificación de defectos de forma dinámica. El sistema debe de ser capaz de detectar defectos en carrocerías de forma dinámica y a su vez debe ser capaz de clasificar que tipo de defecto ha detectado._x000D_ • El sistema estará compuesto por robots de pulido automático que serán capaces de reparar el defecto gracias la clasificación realizada en el anterior punto._x000D_ • Una vez reparado el defecto, el automóvil deberá pasar por otro sistema de post-verificación para comprobar que el defecto ha sido reparado._x000D_ El proyecto de inspección dinámica tiene como objetivo la verificación “en tiempo real” del correcto estado de las carrocerías que se producen en las plantas de vehículos, pudiéndose adaptar de una forma sencilla a cualquier tipo de carrocería, y, sobre todo, realizando la inspección mientras esta se encuentra en movimiento. De esta forma, se conseguirá un sistema capaz de optimizar de forma notoria el tiempo de inspección, la cantidad de defectos detectados y su clasificación._x000D_ Estos nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos, que integrarán un gran número de técnicas mecánicas, visuales y de software avanzado, se conjugarán para crear un prototipo de solución integral que consiga solventar las problemáticas que presentan los sistemas actuales de detección y alcanzar las limitaciones de clasificación en todos los casos._x000D_ Con el resultado de este proyecto, AUTIS pretende innovar y crear una solución completa a un problema real de fabricación de vehículos que todavía no ha sido resuelto de forma correcta por parte de las empresas del secto (Spanish)
